Job Description:

• Installation and Troubleshooting of Cisco & Juniper Routers, Switches, Nexus, QFX devices , WLCs, etc
• Configuration and troubleshooting of VLANs, Trunks links, HSRP, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Load Balancers, Blade Chassis Switches,
• Resolving day to day issues related to Network.
• Troubleshoot of WAN Link issues, coordinate with service providers and business teams.
• Monitoring network alerts, raising the incidents, ensure to resolve within the SLAs,
• Troubleshoot network related issues and Wi-Fi issues.
• Asset Tracking and Asset Management.
• Following security process like Basic Hygiene, Security Health check etc
• Working with other OEM and TAC team to resolve critical issues Support on Capacity planning
• Good communications, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Experience in Firewall- Palo, Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.
