Key activities of the role include:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
knowledge about Window server 2008 / 2012.
Knowledge about Exchange 2010 / 2013
Understanding about AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS.
Understanding about Exchange 2010/2013
Understanding about group policy.
Understanding about email flow.
Basic knowledge about O365 .. exchange online.
User ID and access management (creation, deletion, password change, user management, folder access, group policies, drive mapping, mail box management, delegation of rights)
Windows server Patching as per schedule.
Server reboots & checks.
Preparing reports.
Knowledge about ITIL.
Close helpdesk tickets for incidents and requests.
Endpoint Antivirus update check with help of AV team.
Inventory management
