- Perform initial problem determination (Level 4) in support of contracted scope of services with related hardware, software and services support as specified in the contract schedule.
- Provide in-scope technical advice / guidance / trouble shooting to B2B end users within specified SLA's.
- Handling service entitlement failures associated with requests for in-scope services.
- Assigning records to other support groups, as required. Acting as account's advocate when dealing with other support / resolver groups. Initiating the service outage procedure, as required
- Provide ticket updates regarding the resolution or current status of the request. Assist with advance troubleshooting on internal related applications.
- Remote take over of B2B endusers system for advance troubleshooting.
- Interfacing with other systems, networks and operating system environments personnel; routing calls to other levels of support, as required
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,50,000 PA.
