Job Description :
Provide Desktop maintenance services, corrective maintenance to remedy a problem, and scheduled health check to maintain the Desktop in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and warranties;
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with the End User and appropriate support functions (e.g., network support, facilities support, etc.), subject to the Change Management Procedures;
Implement Recovery Procedures
Analyze problems related to hardware, Operating systems and applications and take remedial actions accordingly.
Raise requests for hardware spare parts where ever necessary.
Replace / repair spare parts.
Mobile Device Management(MDM) on platform like IOS and Android for configuration and troubleshooting of outlook( Enroll and Manage Maas360
Tabs configuration and troubleshooting
Office 365 client end Email configuration and troubleshooting
AD access Management , host name creation
JD Edwards access management as per the SOP
